My say : If you look at the floor plan, for intermediate unit, the lot size is 18' x 70' (1,260 SF) and the net built up area is 1,368 SF. With a price tag of RM278,800.00 (Bumiputera price) per unit, this is expensive. Reasons, if you work out the price per SF for the land and the built up area, you get RM221 per SF for the land and RM204 per SF for the net built up area. Compare these prices with other homes in Kota Kinabalu and you know what I mean.
