It's been awhile since I last updated this blog...been very busy lately

Well I was actually searching for new materials to be shared with readers out there (if there are any), when I bumped into this advertisement in the local daily which I like to share with you all ...well almost everybody is complaining about the ever increasing property prices. A double storey intermediate terrace house in Bundusan area was sold for below RM200K back in 2005 but now the price has gone up to almost RM400K (without taking into accounts of things like renovations, etc.).
But, what about this?

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) today announced a six per cent dividend for the year ended Dec 31, 2011.

EPF Declares Decade-High Dividend Of 6.00 Per Cent For 2011

Record RM24.47b Dividend Payout on RM27.24b Gross Investment Income The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Board, with the approval of the Minister of Finance, has declared a dividend rate of 6.00 per cent, the highest in the last 10 years, for the financial year ended 31 December 2011. The dividend rate, an increase of 20 basis points over the 5.80 per cent rate paid out in 2010, translates to a total of RM24.47 billion being distributed to its members.    Read the rest of the news here..  (Source : EPF News)
